Ms. Forsloff has 33 years of experience as a vocational
evaluator, career counselor, language specialist, educator and administrator in
both public and private agencies. She has served as a consultant to individuals
as well as businesses and is qualified by the courts of Pennsylvania, Hawaii and
Louisiana in language disabilities, educational and vocational evaluation and
counseling.
In 1977 Carol represented Pennsylvania at the National Conference on the Occupationally Handicapped in Washington, D.C. She is nationally certified in vocational and educational counseling, disability analysis and forensic examination. Carol holds an M.A. from the State University of New York with post-graduate studies at Duquesne, California State, Loyola and Pennsylvania State Universities.
